Emergency services have rescued and transferred to the hospital a worker who has been injured after the embankment of the machine he was driving, on the RM B-29 road, in Villanueva del Río Segura.
The 1-1-2 received a call informing of the accident at 13.33 hours.
The callers were requesting health care for the injured worker, who had been injured after falling, with the machine he was driving, by an embankment with a slope of about 9-10 meters.
Local patrols of the Local Police, Civil Guard, firefighters of the Firefighting and Rescue Consortium of the Region of Murcia (CEIS) and ambulance with health personnel of the Emergency and Sanitary Emergency Management Department 061 were mobilized.
After being rescued, the injured (male about 35 years old) was stabilized by the toilets and transferred to the "Virgen de la Arrixaca" university hospital in Murcia.
The incident has been reported to the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety of the Region of Murcia.
