The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure will improve the safety of the crossing of Villanueva del Río Segura with the demolition and reconstruction of the wall that protects the road and was affected by heavy rains last September.

The action consists of the demolition of the elevations and foundations, the excavation of the trenches for the accommodation of the foundations of the reinforced concrete wall, the construction of this retaining wall and its waterproofing and the installation of a drainage system.
