The Municipality of Villanueva del Río Segura reported that in the plenary session on Thursday 22 March, within the economic adjustment plans are being made, it was agreed to eliminate the release of three councilors (including Mayor) of the governing Popular Party in the Consistory.

Two of the councilors who have taken their release, maintenance and works council and the councilor of Women and Education, will collect the municipal contribution to (DSA) and the Mayor-President D.

Jose Luis Lopez Ayala will not charge anything for their work in managing Town Council.

All this in order to meet the necessary adjustments to solve the current economic situation.
